VSC-350MAX & VSC-530MAX Automatic Digital Die-Cutting and Creasing Machine
VICUT VSC Max series digital sheet die cutter creaser boasts integrated automatic sheet feeding, quick job changeover and high-speed cutting. Fitted with dual tools, it supports full cut, kiss cut, creasing, perforation and plotting. Its air suction feeding fits adhesive labels, paper cards, films and other materials.
Ideal for automated production of labels and small boxes, this digital die cutting and creasing machine is suitable for print shops, label producers and office use. Free from die-cutting molds and length setup, it perfectly handles small-batch, customized and urgent orders, reducing costs and boosting production flexibility.

- Top suction feeding system: Equipped with a fully automatic, constant paper feeding system, it ensures continuous multi-sheet cutting without paper jams, truly enabling "unattended" operation.
- Processing material up to 500gsm: Digitally cut-through any shape on up to 500gsm media, or kiss-cut sheet labels, all at up to 1800mm/sec. it significantly boosts work efficiency and shortens production cycles.
- Paper stacking height 12cm: The automatic feeder can hold up to 1,200 sheets of 80gsm or 480 sheets of 250gsm vinyl stickers. The VSC350Max model digital die cutter supports maximum sheet size of 350×600mm, while VSC530Max supports sheet sizes up to 530×740mm and accepts custom sizes. Equipped with self-centering function and air blade paper separation, as well as extendable paper tray.
