VL540X Automatic Foiling and Lamination System
High-volume sheet finishing becomes more efficient when feeding, laminating, foiling, cutting, and collection are handled in one automated workflow. The automatic foiling and lamination system helps print shops, packaging businesses, and digital print providers protect printed sheets, add decorative finishes, and reduce manual operation during post-printing production.
By applying film to paper, cards, and other printed materials through heat and pressure, the system improves dust resistance, water resistance, surface protection, and visual appeal. It can be used as a hot laminator, cold laminator, or professional foiling system, making it suitable for books, packaging boxes, posters, covers, menus, business cards, and other printed products that need a cleaner, more premium finish.
With automatic paper feeding, lamination, sheet cutting, and paper collection, the system supports unattended processing and helps users increase production efficiency. The cold lamination liner waste removal function also makes cold lamination work cleaner and easier to manage.
