VL450X Automatic Laminator Foiler
Premium sheet finishing becomes easier when lamination and foiling can be completed in one controlled workflow. The automatic laminator foiler helps print shops, copy centers, packaging studios, and short-run print businesses add surface protection, gloss or matte lamination, and metallic foil effects to sheet-fed printed materials.
With a heated silicone roller and precise control system, the machine supports cold lamination, hot lamination, partial foiling, and cold foil applications on individual sheets. This helps reduce the complexity of traditional single-process finishing and lowers the risk of wrinkled output, allowing operators to produce cleaner and more attractive finished prints.
The automatic laminator foiler is suitable for coated paper, white cardboard, matte art paper, specialty paper, art paper, pearlescent paper, and selected heat-resistant plastic films such as PET and PVC. It is a practical finishing solution for business cards, covers, packaging boxes, invitations, brochures, menus, and other printed products that need stronger visual impact and better surface durability.
