FC500VC/FC700VCFlatbed Cutting Plotter, Flatbed Cutter
Not every custom cutting job requires a large production cutter or a physical cutting die. The flatbed cutting plotter allows print shops, packaging studios, copy centers, and creative production teams to process complex shapes directly on the table, making short-run work, samples, and customized products easier to produce.
With digital contour cutting technology, the flatbed cutter supports full cutting, kiss cutting, creasing, perforating, and drawing. It is suitable for small and medium production needs such as packaging samples, tags, cards, sheet labels, DIY paper crafts, and prototype work. Users can process paper, synthetic materials, films, labels, and other media up to 600 gsm, helping expand service options without investing in traditional cutting dies.
Two working sizes are available to match different production needs. FC500VC is suitable for placing two SRA3 sheets, while FC700VC can handle two B2 sheets or one B1 sheet. This allows users to choose the right flatbed cutter based on material size, production capacity, floor space, and budget.

- Plug-and-Play Setup
Simple installation allows users to start working quickly after power connection, with no additional drivers required.
- One-Click Repeat Function
Repeated jobs are easier to process. Operators only need to replace the sheet, press “Back to Origin,” and then press “Repeat,” making same-job cutting simple even for less experienced users.
- Continuous Cutting Workflow
When processing two or more sheets, operators can replace the first finished sheet while the next sheet is being cut. This reduces waiting time and improves production efficiency.
- Windows and Mac Compatibility
The Vulcan series flatbed cutting machine supports both Windows and Mac systems, giving users more flexibility in different design and production environments.
- Multiple Cut and Crease Processing
For harder or thicker materials, users can apply multiple cutting or creasing passes to achieve cleaner results. Cutting and creasing can also be processed separately for better finishing quality.
